Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about parts sourcing, quotations and what must be confirmed before ordering.

Does a catalogue listing mean the part is in stock?

No. A listing is a sourcing reference, not a live inventory commitment. Availability and estimated lead time are checked for your request. A listed brand does not imply an authorized-dealer relationship.

What happens after I request a quote?

Your request is saved for review and an on-screen reference is shown. Keep that reference; the site does not send email confirmations. A request is not an order, a stock confirmation or a guaranteed response time.

Does shipping included also cover duties and taxes?

The quotation includes shipping for the agreed quantity and destination. Duties, VAT, customs charges and import responsibilities are not automatically included; the quotation must clarify them. Provide the destination city and postal code, and confirm delivery terms before accepting.

Who handles warranty support?

Opsiparts coordinates with the manufacturer for supplied parts. Coverage, duration, exclusions and remedies depend on the applicable manufacturer terms. Include your original reference in a support request and do not return a component before receiving instructions.

Warranty & service

Does a cross-reference guarantee compatibility?

No. Linked OEM and aftermarket references are candidates for checking, not approval to install. Supply the complete part number and equipment details, and confirm specifications and fitment before ordering. Safety-critical substitutions require qualified assessment.

Buyer guides

Which files can I attach?

PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP only. Up to 3 files, 2 MiB each and 5 MiB in total. Files are stored privately with your request.

Can you arrange certificates?

Tell us which certificates you need so we can arrange the applicable documents with your quotation. Specify the document type, standard, intended application and any traceability requirements. We confirm availability with the supplier or manufacturer before quoting; not every document is available for every part.

Certification support

Do the photographs show the exact part?

Representative component image—not a photograph of this exact brand or part number. Confirm the specification; the supplied part may look different.

Is catalogue information always current?

Catalogue information may contain errors or be out of date. Full specifications and verified details are available on request. Confirm the part number and equipment fitment with us before ordering.
