One point of coordination

Start a support request through the quote form and include your original request or order reference in the notes. Provide the manufacturer, part number, serial or batch number if available, installation date, operating conditions and a clear description of the fault. We coordinate the next steps with the manufacturer; submitting a request does not itself establish that a claim is covered.

Before returning a component

Do not ship a part back without return instructions. Keep the component, identification markings, packaging and relevant records available. Return authorization, inspection requirements, freight arrangements and any costs must be agreed for the particular claim.

Assessment and outcome

The manufacturer may require inspection or supporting evidence. Repair, replacement, credit or rejection depends on the applicable terms and assessment; none is promised in advance.
