What shipping included means
The quotation includes shipping for the agreed quantity and destination. The final destination, delivery method, delivery terms and any special handling requirements must be confirmed before you order. Changing the quantity, destination or delivery requirement may require a revised quotation.
Customs, duties and taxes
Shipping included does not automatically mean import duties, VAT, sales tax, customs clearance charges or other destination fees are included. The quotation must state which charges are included and who is responsible for import clearance and any remaining charges. Ask for clarification before accepting if the delivery terms are unclear.
Availability and delivery timing
Catalogue listings are not live stock commitments. Availability and estimated lead times are checked for each request. Dispatch and delivery estimates depend on sourcing, carrier service and customs requirements; no universal delivery time is promised.
Help us quote the right destination
Choose the delivery country and include the destination city and postal code in your request notes. Mention remote sites, site-access restrictions, unloading requirements or a required delivery date. A full delivery address can be confirmed during quotation review.
On receipt
Check the packaging and received part number. Keep packaging and delivery records if damage or a discrepancy is found, and submit a support request with your original reference and a description of the issue.
